Bio:

Ian Smith is Creation Autosportif's car designer and Chief Engineer. He controls the strategy of the Creation race car(s) during all on-track activity.

Ian has been with the team since its inception and has engineered all of Creation's podium finishes in the team's history, and worked with leading drivers such as Jamie Campbell-Walter, Nic Minassian and others.

Previous to his work with Creation he engineered JC-W's factory Lister Storm GT1 effort that won the FIA World Championship in 2000. He also co-designed both the Lister Storm and the current Creation derivatives including the CA07 and new CA10 chassis.
